30-Day Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization (usually within 24-48 hours)
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Ship to the address provided in the return authorization
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for free pickup and replacement or full refund
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you'd like to exchange for a higher-value item, you'll need to pay the difference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
